01Eligibility
NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), OCIs (Overseas Citizens of India) and PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin) are eligible to purchase residential and commercial properties in India under FEMA regulations.
02Repatriation of Funds
NRIs can repatriate the sale proceeds of up to two residential properties, subject to RBI guidelines. The property must be held for a minimum period as per current regulations.
